Mike Harvey teaches other business owners and leaders how to stop being in the weeds so they can focus on the things that move the needle for their company. He helps with Vision, Culture, Key Relationships, and New Initiatives. Mike has owned and helped launch businesses for 20+ years, being in executive leadership in multiple organizations as well. He's grown companies from startups to having very large teams, including building out sales, marketing, and accounting departments. In that time he's figured out how to get out of the weeds and stop micromanaging everything that goes on in your business, and now teach other business owners and leaders how to stop being in the weeds so they can focus on the things that move the needle for their company. Those things being Vision, Culture, Key Relationships, and New Initiatives. He's worked with companies ranging for traditional local service based businesses including Construction, Legal, Financial Services, Insurance, as well as online based businesses such as coaching, consulting and agencies. He currently owns multiple businesses including IT Services, Cyber Security, and Marketing Agency, but spends most of his time coaching other owners and leaders (including his own team and leaders).
